Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us. Please see below for detailed information on our return policy.

Returns

To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 14 calendar days of delivery. The product must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn/unused, and undamaged in any way.

Return Process

To return an item, please contact our customer service at service@theusvibe.com to obtain a Return Authorization and the correct Return Address. After receiving the address, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase.

Your return shipment is free of charge in some cases. If you return an item and the reason for the return is not a result of a Theusvibe error, the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer or deducted from your final refund.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow up to 14 days from the receipt of your item for processing. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method:

  • Credit/Debit Card Payments: Refunds will appear on your account within 5–10 business days after inspection (depending on your card issuer, it may take 1–2 billing cycles to reflect on your statement).
  • PayPal Payments: Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account within 5–10 business days.
  • Gift Cards or Store Credit: If eligible, refunds may be issued as store credit, which will be sent via email as a digital coupon code.

We will notify you via email once your return has been fully processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Perishable items
  • Intimates & swimwear
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital products

Damaged Or Incorrect Items

If the return is due to consumer preference or error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees (the exact cost depends on the carrier you select).

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item), Theusvibe will cover all return shipping costs. Please contact us immediately at service@theusvibe.com to arrange a replacement or full refund.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days following successful placement. Processing time may vary depending on order volume or product availability and does not include transit/delivery time.

Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request to cancel an order within 7 days of placement, provided the request is made before the order has been shipped. Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it can no longer be canceled, and standard return procedures must be followed upon delivery.
